What we want to do?
(1) Creating new business, expanding and investment
In the present world, there are a lot amount problems in every countries, but on the other hand many new technologies are continuously being created. Newborn technology has been used at this time in only few limited application area. We think that there is a big business opportunity to find new use cases for such new technologies from the viewpoint of solving people’s problems. We are eager to plan business strategy based on correct problem recognition, and to develop new business with startup or SEM partner in the proper location.
(2) Planning and implementing business growth strategy
We will make maximum use of the partner’s management resources (technology, knowledge, functions, customer base, etc.), acquire the lacked management resources from home and abroad, and integrate & optimize them. If you request it, we will work internally for the partner, and implement growth strategy. (Insourcing) When the growth strategy enters steady state, it will be handed over to the customer staff.

In close collaboration with our partenr, by the following innovation methods, we will create & implement the new business plan, and make a good future together with our customer.
(1)Multisociation (Multiple Relevance) Innovation
As one of the way to generate the innovation, there are Bisociation and Multisociation method. They are the ways to find new value by integrating 2 or several ideas that were considered completely irrelevant. As an example, Apple, by this innovation, has succeeded in development of new products. In the current network society, it seems to be rather easy to find the heterogeneous ideas and, as a result, there are many opportunities to create new innovative business ideas.
(2)Reverse Innovation
It is usually considered the innovation has been created in the developed countries and has become popular to developing countries. It was the direction of the traditional innovation. In the developing countries such as Africa and Asia, there are the huge potential domestic demand. When we try to find new business for the local demand in the developing countries, innovation sometimes will be created and sometimes it is possible to transfer to the developed countries. We believe such reverse direction of innovation will also create new business opportunities.
