Collaboration process

- At the necessary timing, we will have non disclosure agreement (NDA)
- Proposal of Preliminary Business Strategy to customer
- Proposal of the final version of Business Growth Strategy
- Execution of Business Growth Strategy
If customer requests, we will execute the strategy by ourselves in close collaboration with customer.
Expenses
- Preliminary planning of Business Growth Strategy: Basically no charge to customer
In the case the meetings will be held in remote areas from our office location, customer may be asked to pay the actual travel expenses such as transportation and hotel accommodation. - Planning of Business Growth Strategy
Customer will be requested to pay the actual travel expenses above mentioned and man-hour expenses.
Before we start the strategic planning, it is better for us to have contract such as MOU (Memorandum of understanding) or JDA (Joint Development Agreement)
